A International Network of Health Promoting Hospitals and Health Services (HPH), em colaboração com o WHO Colaborating Centre for Health Promotion in Hospitals and Health Care e o Ludwig Boltzmann Institute Health Promotion Research, organizam, entre os dias 1 e 3 de Junho de 2011, no Conference Center Caribia, em Turku, na Finlândia, a 19th International Conference on Health Promoting Hospitals and Health Services, subordinado ao tema “Improving health gain orientation in all services: Better cooperation for continuity in care”.

No evento serão abordados, entre outros temas:

Improving health gain and salutogenesis: Introduction to the conference theme
How can better health gain orientation within hospitals / health services be improved?
How can better health gain be improved by strengthening continuitiy of care in healthcare systems?
How can cooperation between health services and other settings contribute to better health gain? and what can be the contribution to ecological sustainability and environmental friendliness?

A Conferência destina-se a profissionais de saúde, gestores hospitalares, representantes de organizações de pacientes e outras organizações não governamentais, representantes das políticas de saúde, especialistas em saúde pública, cientistas e profissionais na área da promoção de saúde.

A submissão de resumos deve ser efectuada até ao dia 31 de Janeiro de 2011.
